Rezeki77 User Agreement

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "the Player", "you") and Rezeki77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at rezeki77.cam and any associated mobile or web interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, accepting any promotion, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Rezeki77 platform in any way.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the Rezeki77 website, its mobile-optimised interface, and any applications or services operated under the rezeki77.cam domain.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by an individual user to access the Platform's services.
• "Member" / "Player" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account and is authorised to use the Platform.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to the monetary value held within a Member's account, including both deposited funds and bonus credits where explicitly identified.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit, cashback, or reward offered by Rezeki77 subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or its derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or not permitted by applicable law or Platform policy.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the Platform.

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Rezeki77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Rezeki77 applies a 21+ minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style and sports betting entertainment.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate, institutional, or third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling activities of this nature are prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Rezeki77 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of Rezeki77 or any of its affiliated partners.

4Account Registration

When registering an account with Rezeki77, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Rezeki77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void related transactions, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Rezeki77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify Rezeki77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Rezeki77 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange, available through all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Rezeki77 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary based on the payment provider and any verification requirements in place.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 (subject to change at Rezeki77's discretion with reasonable notice).
• Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds are subject to enhanced identity verification before processing.
• Rezeki77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, account irregularity, or unmet wagering requirements are identified.
• Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers for transactions are the sole responsibility of the Member.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Rezeki77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement and must be read before claiming any promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all Rezeki77 promotions unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any withdrawal can be initiated. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds remain active, bets are typically capped at RM 250–RM 500 per round depending on the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward rollover completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute 10–20%. Some games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated on the promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Unused or partially rolled-over bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses apply a ceiling on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that can be withdrawn (e.g., 5x the bonus value).
• One Bonus at a Time: Rezeki77 does not permit simultaneous use of multiple active bonuses unless explicitly stated for a combined promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour designed to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to matched or arbitrage betting with bonus funds — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on Rezeki77 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each respective game interface or market page. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

Sports betting results are determined based on the outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by the applicable governing body. In the event of event cancellations, postponements, or disputed results, Rezeki77 will apply standard market settlement rules and notify affected Members accordingly.

Rezeki77 offers sports betting markets for events including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, international football tournaments, UFC and mixed martial arts events, badminton, tennis, basketball, and esports competitions. Market availability may vary and is subject to change.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Rezeki77 does not accept cancellation requests on confirmed wagers except where an error on the Platform's part is clearly demonstrated.
• Rezeki77 reserves the right to void any wager placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest technical or human error.
• Members with access to insider information material to an event outcome are prohibited from betting on that event.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rezeki77 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and relevant authorities notified:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities
• Systematic bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or fraudulent financial activity
• Allowing minors to access your Rezeki77 account
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or degrades the experience of other Members or the operation of the Platform

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Rezeki77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, layouts, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of Rezeki77 or its licensed content partners. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of Rezeki77.

10Privacy & Data

Rezeki77 is committed to protecting the personal information of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Member data is governed by the Rezeki77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account on the Platform, you acknowledge that Rezeki77 may collect and process personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rezeki77, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside Rezeki77's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers

Rezeki77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events. Rezeki77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

12Account Suspension & Termination

Rezeki77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures
• Member request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework

Upon termination of an account for breach, Rezeki77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances (net of voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Member through an available payment method following completion of any required verification and investigation, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or fraud investigation.

Members who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may contact Rezeki77 customer support at any time. Requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme will be processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

13Responsible Gambling

Rezeki77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Members to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be viewed as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members on request:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction from 24 hours up to 30 days.

14Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Rezeki77 operates in compliance with the licensing and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated and licensed. Nothing in these Terms shall affect the statutory rights of Members under applicable consumer protection legislation.

By using the Rezeki77 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations differ by country, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
